⦁ WEYS business’ mission is to provide an easy to use platform between those who provide spaces and locations using the Best Practicable Environmental Options (BPEO) available.
⦁ WEYS is committed to managing our own environmental impacts, Incorporate environmental factors into business decisions and provide this aim as a template for use by clients, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

⦁ WEYS operates with a commitment to minimise environmental impacts, to comply with relevant environmental legislations and go beyond regulatory requirements.
⦁ WEYS is committed to choosing like-minded suppliers, be that for our energy usage (incl. water), recycling, waste management...
⦁ Mostly paperless, but when office supplies are needed, then requesting the use of the best environmentally friendly products available e.g. Recycled and recyclable paper, reconditioned equipment and evaluate the environmental impact of any new products we intend to purchase.
⦁ Computers and other electrical items are turned off at the end of the working day, as opposed to simply being put on standby and therefore saving energy when the equipment is not in use.
⦁ We reuse and recycle everything we are able to.
⦁ We reduce the need to travel, restricting to necessity trips only, promote the use of travel alternatives such as e-mail or video/phone conferencing.
⦁ Cleaning materials used will be as environmentally friendly as possible.
⦁ We will only use licensed and appropriate organisations to dispose of waste.
⦁ WEYS will use local labour and materials where available to reduce CO2 and help the community.
⦁ We will review this policy and any related business issues at our management meetings.
